Motorhome Depot Essex are delighted to offer this Sunliving S70 SC by Adria. It is a 4 berth motorhome with a fixed island bed, lounge, well equipped kitchen, split washroom with separate shower, further drop down double bed and rear garage. The motorhome is ideal for travel in Europe and the UK, is an automatic and is ULEZ compliant and at 3500kg, can be driven on a standard driving licence.
This Sunliving motorhome is built on the Fiat Ducato chassis and has the Comfortmatic gearbox with the option of being driven as an AUTOMATIC or manual. The gearbox has been recently serviced and repaired by Adams Morey, specialists in the Comfortmatic Gearbox. The motorhome has been regularly serviced and comes with an up to date habitation check. The motorhome comes with cab air conditioning, cruise control and has a reversing camera and also a rear view camera. The current owner has added Remis Cab blinds to replace the original basic curtain that came as standard.
The S70 SC has a lovely uncluttered layout and makes the most of the space available. Starting at the front you have the lounge area that makes use of the two captains chairs, a forward facing double sofa and a further single side facing seat. There is a small removable table (not original). Moving back you come to the kitchen area, this comes with an oven, grill, gas hob with 3 burners and sink on one side and a large fridge with freezer compartment on the other.
This motorhome is extremely comfortable to sleep in with a large fixed double Island bed at the rear - this measures 190cm x 150cm in the night position but can be pushed back to give more space when not in use. There is a further drop down double above the lounge area and it would possible to make a 5th bed but you would need to source the original table (not included). This van comes with a spit washroom that has a Thetford flush cassette toilet and sink on one side and a separate shower on the other. Heating and hotwater is provided but the Truma combi system and the motorhome comes with heated water tanks for all year round use.
Externally the motorhome has a good sized rear garage with access doors either side. It comes with a large wind out awning, 155 solar panel allowing off-grid use and comes with refillable gas bottles but does have the auto gas connection.
