The layout of this Hi-top Ford Transit van conversion comprises, rear kitchen opposite the washroom, then long sofa which converts into one of 2 travelling seats in the dinette area, then 2 swivel seats upfront.
In the rear kitchen, there is a cooker, with oven, grill, 4 gas burners, sink, 3 way fridge and 2 pop up worktops

In the dinette there is the 3rd travelling seat with full seatbelt and then opposite a sofa. The travelling seat, next to the habitation door and sofa, combined with the 2 front seats, each form a single bed over 6 feet in length. The sofa can be converted into a 4th travelling seat, with full seatbelt, so 4 people can travel safely.
Additional features internally, that make this a great conversion include, Webasto diesel heater for off-grid, 3 pop up tables, 2 tables that be positioned in the dinette and wind out canopy. There is approx. 190cm / 6 feet 4 inches of headroom internally. The habitation can be heated by the Webasto diesel heater and for water a Malaga heating system.
In the cab, there are 2 swivel seats, Remis blinds, cab air conditioning, radio with CD, 5 speed manual transmission, electric windows and mirrors.
1st registered in July 2005, on IOM, then 2009 in UK, it has travelled 77,530 miles, has good service history, with last service in June 2025, MOT to June 2027 and a new habitation report in June 2026. It has a timing chain, not a timing belt.
Being the SWB model, its approx. 4.70 metres long, so can go anywhere a car would go.
