This 2024, 4 berth, VW Crafter CR35, is a superb conversion. Part has been completed by CJL Leisure Vehicles and then the owner, who is a high voltage electrical engineer. It is fully off grid ready and uses only electric. The owner bought the vehicle from new, 1st owner was the garage, it has travelled 4612 miles, is 5.96m long, GVW of 3500kg, yet to have 1st service and MOT and will have an independent inspection by a MCEA caravan engineer.
Briefly it compromises, rear large double bed above the garage, then washroom, galley style kitchen, 2 forward facing seats in the dinette, massive pop top, 1 bench seat and driver’s seat, both of which swivel.
The transverse double bed sits above the garage and has storage surrounding and useful ledges to place items such as phones, glasses, keys on. There are LED strip lights. The base of the rear bed can be raised to create extra garage space and with the panel under the bed removed, there is nearly double the length of storage space. 2 gas struts support the doors when open

In the galley kitchen, the fridge is below the pull out worktop, then there is sink and 2 ring electric induction hob. Opposite is a double forward facing seat with 2 seatbelts, that can combine with driver’s seat to create an occasional bed. An Avtex TV is situated here
Above the kitchen is a hatch to access, by ladder, the large pop top bed, that has a mattress.
In the cab, the 2 person bench seat, that has safety certificate, and driver’s seat swivel, it has 6 speed manual gearbox, multimedia centre incl rear camera, Bluetooth and Apple Play, Android Auto, multifunctional steering wheel, full digital display for vehicle information and Remis blinds allow for blackout at night.
