Professionally converted by its present owner (Excel VW Campervans) with over 40 yrs experience in custom building campervans this camper is a stunning example of use of space and attention to detail, both of which are second to none as every inch of space has been maximised to create a small but perfectly formed off grid camper that is also perfect for everyday use.
Once in the back of the van, you will see it is fully equipped with a 2-burner gas hob, sink with fold down tap, 34 litre water tank and a 12v compressor fridge. All housed perfectly within the bespoke hand built 15mm units in a lovely walnut finish with contrasting hammered granite worktop. The amazing selection of storage units have been carefully worked out to maximise the space available and have been fitted with LED lighting for convenience.
Opposite the kitchen is a upholstered 6ft bench seat, making a comfortable area to sit and dine with the use of the fold away table that is stored conveniently in the over cab locker. At bedtime this bench currently doubles as a comfortable single bed but upon request can be modified to sleep 2 people and underneath you will find yet more storage and space for the porta loo.
Other great features are the various LED lighting that has been installed in the roof with additional low level feature lighting, usb and 12v power points all running off the leisure battery which is constantly topped up by the 80watt solar panel with dual charging system. There is also the option of a 230v hook up running several sockets for when you are parked up on site.
In the colder months the van has been insulated and is kept warm via the propex heater which can run off the electric or gas giving you the option to be fully independent for those off grid adventures.
All in all, this small but mighty, totally bespoke one off campervan is a must have for anyone looking for a practical everyday vehicle but with the ability to head further afield for some great adventures and will come with 12 months MOT and a service.
