Open plan lounge with electric adjustable table that along with the two long side sofas and front driver and passenger seats can comfortably seat up to 6 people making this a great place to dine and entertain. The lounge can be converted to a large double bed for the 3rd and 4th berth or the two side sofas can be used as two single beds. A TV is provided and mounted to the corner point of the lounge area, by the main habitation door. The main bed is an electronically controlled drop down double with access ladder and is a good size and comes down to sit above the lounge. A well equipped kitchen includes extendable preparation area, 3 burner gas hob and electric hot plate, separate oven and grill, sink with mixer tap and a large 3 way fridge freezer. To the rear is a large washroom with home from home comforts. A flushing cassette toilet, wash basin with mixer tap, vanity mirror and storage and a separate shower cubicle along with large mirrored storage cupboard to the rear and access to the rear garage space.
Heating and hot water is provided by the duel fuel Truma system with power from the 230v electric hook-up and 12v leisure battery with roof mounted solar panel. An external gas locker has space for two Calor style gas bottles. A good sized rear garage with access doors to both sides gives plenty of storage for outside furniture and sports equipment including a hanging rail to store wetsuits or similar. The vehicle has an alarm, immobilizer and tracker fitted.
