First registered in October 2018 this 6 berth/6 Belt luxury motorhome has covered just 10,382 miles from new. This 8.86 metre long Luxury touring Tag axle Coach built motorhome, based on the Fiat chassis with the 180 Bhp automatic has a fixed transverse double bed over garage, fixed double over cab bed and a large dining / socialising Lounge area. – A truly versatile family vehicle.
This vehicle is a 5000KG chassis so will need a C1 licence to be able to drive.
As we enter the vehicle, immediately to the right is the dinette, there is a long reclining sofa to the side of the habitation door which has infill pieces so that it can make into a huge L shaped sofa. On the opposite side is the dinette with 2 forward facing and 2 rear facing seats with 3 point belts for all. You could easily seat 8 people around if you were entertaining on site. When this area is not in use then the table drops down to make a small double with a separate single using the side sofa. To the left of habitation door is the TV point with Avtex TV, a glass cabinet and the vehicles control panel.
The well equipped, spacious kitchen area comprises of a separate oven and grill, 3 burner hob, sink and drainer with mixer tap and good storage both above and below the worktops. Opposite is a large 3 way fridge with separate freezer compartment and a Panasonic microwave.
To the rear of the kitchen is a sliding door to separate the rear bedroom and wash / shower room from the habitation area. The toilet is on one side with a swivel head fresh water flush toilet, a large vanity sink with storage below, mirror and wall storage. On the opposite side is the separate shower cubicle with perspex doors to close & a large hanging wardrobe with 3 drawers below.
Finally the fixed rear double bed is transverse and has a 2nd Avtex TV at the foot of the bed which sits above a very large twin door rear garage.
The mileage on this vehicle was correct at the time of valuation, however the vehicle remains in use by the Seller until the point it is sold, therefore the mileage at the time of sale may be higher than that advertised.
