Quite rare and beautifully maintained 4 berth 4 belt motorhome with a large rear French bed, situated in Richmond, North Yorkshire.
Owned since 2021, this winterised 2.8 litre, Fiat based motorhome weighs in at 3850kg so drivers require a C1 licence.
Externally the vehicle has a wind out canopy, 2 x bike rack and external gas bbq point along with 2 x refillable gaslow bottles and access to the huge storage under the rear french bed.
Internally we have x 2 swivel seats which turn to face the large front lounge capable of accommodating 6 people around a split large table which lowers to enable this area to convert to a large double bed. Two forward facing seats with seatbelts are in this area. The kitchen is amidships with large fridge and freezer and microwave above, facing sink and gas hob over a combined oven and grill.
At the rear we have a large French bed alongside the washroom which contains sink, w.c. vanity unit and through to separate shower cubicle. Opposite the bed is a large wardrobe unit with tv aerial in the locker above. The entire bed lifts easily to reveal a huge storage area accessed also through the external locker door as mentioned above. All internal windows have fly screens and night shades.
Good service record under the current owner with receipts for various repairs/replacements including cambelt, tyres, brakes etc MOT not due until March 2027 and habitation report completed very recently.
