Motorhome Depot Leeds are excited to offer for sale this 2018 Rimor Seal 69 Plus rear fixed bed with large garage 5 Berth 5 Belt family Motorhome. Built on a 2.3lt Fiat Chassis with a 6 speed manual gear box and comes with both cab air con and cruise control for effortless drive.
This island bed layout provides great use of space with an en suite bedroom including separate shower, mid kitchen area with fridge freezer and a half dinette with twin swivel chairs and a drop down bed. The dinette can be transformed into a single bed also. At the rear is a large garage area which can be adjusted in height by raising or lowering the bed. To the front of the motorhome we have a single seat side facing bench and a two seat forward facing bench both with additional travelling seat belts. With two captains seats this makes a good dining area and converts into a single bed if required. Above the dinette we have a double drop down bed making up 3 of the 5 Berths, we then move to the kitchen that comes with a 3 way fridge, microwave oven, sink unit and a 3 burner gas hob.
To the rear we have the bedroom that comes with an island bed a separate shower cubicle to one side and the toilet and wash hand basin to the other side. There is a good amount of storage within the motorhome as well as the large garage below the fixed bed.
The mileage on this vehicle was correct at the time of valuation, however the vehicle remains in use by the Seller until the point it is sold, therefore the mileage at the time of sale may be higher than that advertised.
