Motorhome Depot Cornwall presents this 2005 Auto-sleepers Inca EL. A 2 Berth 2 Belt Motorhome. This vehicle is powered by a 2.2 Litre Diesel engine and is built on the popular Peugeot Boxer chassis with a 5 speed manual transmission, can be driven on a standard license UK License and is under 6metres in length.
This Inca comes with very comprehensive mechanical service and habitation paperwork. The Last engine service was 7.5.2025 and the cambelt was replaced in 2024 which again is another positive for its next owner.
The last Habitation service was 17.9.2025. Overall, the report is good but it is worth noting one small area of water ingress of 25% was found and this report can be provided upon request.

Layout - We start at the rear of the motorhome, where you will find the U-shaped lounge, the perfect spot for relaxing and taking in the surrounding views that you get with the large surrounding windows. This lounge area converts into a bed with ease. Around the lounge area you have plenty of storage, and the cupboards are also in good condition.
Moving forward, you have a large wardrobe space, and this is home to the fold away table that you can use inside or outside. Infront of the wardrobe and just behind the cab seats you will find the washroom that offers you everything you need, with a sperate shower, toilet, vanity mirror and sink.
The kitchen is mid habitation and has storage space with cupboards and draws allowing you to store away all of the required pots and pans, and gives you everything you need to cook up a hearty meal for any occasion, included in the kitchen you have, 3 gas burner hob with 1 electric plate, a 3 way fridge with freezer box, washbasin, and grill/oven combi. With the kitchen being next to the Habitation door you also benefit from extra ventilation when preparing your meal of choice.
The cab area offers comfort and the passenger seat swivels into the habitation area.
