This stunning campervan was been converted as a new vehicle by one of the UK's leading specialist vehicle conversion companies into the Mercedes Sprinter 316cdi Auto, Alpe Luxury Camper. This vehicle features an I-pad as a controller that monitors the water, LPG, and battery power levels by a simple tap on the screen. All the habitation windows can be darkened using electric ‘smart’ glass feature which must be seen, again by just a tap of the screen.
The side sliding door is electrically operated and glides open automatically to reveal a full length settee opposite. Both the front seats swivel creating a large, comfortable and inviting lounge seating with a neatly stored folding table for dining.
Beyond the settee on the offside is the fridge and microwave unit and a tall wardrobe. Across the rear of the van is a fully sealed wet room which incorporates the toilet, washbasin and a large shower area. There is an extractor fan built into the ceiling.
Coming forward is a hob with both an induction and gas hobs, an oven below, cupboards above then a cleverly designed unit incorporating a large pop-up Smart TV that rises up at the rear of the unit with a folding table/work surface in front. There is Starlink, Wi-Fi fitted (which will require a subscription) instead of a conventional aerial.
The bed is an amazing piece of design in itself - the settee has a joystick controller on its base which when operated allows the whole settee to move towards automatically towards the door, then the backrest to recline forming a queen-sized double bed in the centre in the van. The upholstery is all finished in a durable waterproof material designed for outside use so will be easy to wipe down and keep clean. There is a large storage box beneath the seat to store bedding etc, and a row of high level cupboards above.
There are two ‘smart’ Victron leisure batteries fitted along with a solar panel, a DAB radio with speakers in the living area and mood lighting. There is a Webasto heater and full habitation air-conditioning system fitted too.
The cab area features integral blinds to the windscreen and side windows and a screen for the 360 degree external cameras.
Externally there is are underslung LPG and water tanks with their filler caps discreetly hidden under the bonnet and behind the fuel filler cap, 360 degree cameras, wind-out awning, reversing sensors and hook-up point. There is also an external BBQ point. Behind the rear doors is extra storage and hanging space for outdoor items and an external shower point with shower hose.
