This Chausson Titanium 720 Premium is a Five Berth with Five Seatbelts measuring 7.2m long with a Gross Weight of 3500kg.
The motorhome is based on a Ford Transit chassis powered by a 2 litre diesel engine coupled to an Automatic Gearbox.
On entering via the Wide Habitation Door, to your right is the Lounge Area consisting of two Inward Facing Settees with a pedestal mounted central table which folds in half when not needed for dining plus Twin Swivelling Cab Chairs.
Come night time, the large double bed above is electrically lowered to any height you want, including down to settee level if you electrically lower the table as well.
A further bed can be made up below.
For travelling, three belted seats emerge from below the settees.
Across the centre of the motorhome is the kitchen, consisting of a Two Gas Burner and One Electric Hotplate Hob, an Oven Grill Combination, a tall Dometic Fridge Freezer, a Sink with a Hot and Cold Mixer Tap plus plenty of cupboard space.
Water Heating is via a Truma Gas or Mains Electric Boiler and Space heating via a Webasto Diesel Unit.
Beyond the Kitchen is the bathroom consisting of a Thetford Flush Cassette Toilet and Wash Handbasin on one side and a Shower Cubicle on the other.
Across the rear are two Adult Sized Bunk Beds, both of which are height adjustable which can give extra space in the garage below.
Access to the garage is via a 108cm high x 64cm wide door on one side and a smaller door on the other side.
Outside a Television Aerial, a Barbecue Gas Outlet and a Shower Point have been fitted.
The MOT runs until May 2026, there was a Mechanical Service in February 2025 and a Habitation Check in September 2025.
