The tag-axle 2019 Carthago Liner for Two I 53L sets the standard among motorhomes with a round lounge seating group, electrically lowerable lengthways single beds over the driver’s cabin, extra-wide kitchen with raised worksurface and luxury washroom dividing the cab from the living area.
Entering through the habitation door, turn left and enter the huge rear lounge which is light and airy having all-round windows and a large Heki overhead. You could easily seat 7 or 8 people around the table while entertaining on site. At the push of a button the 40” Alphatronics TV glides into position and is linked to the SatSeeker auto-scanning system providing access to a wide array of global TV stations for your entertainment. There are two travelling seats at the rear of the lounge and the cushions can be rearranged into a sleeping area for the additional travellers. Truma Aventa habitation air-con ensures your comfort whatever the climate, with both heating and cooling options.
Moving forwards the attractive kitchen is equipped with 3-burner hob, stainless sink with mixer tap, tower unit incorporating combi-oven, large fridge with separate freezer compartment and masses of storage. The units are a mix of High Gloss white, chrome handles and wood veneer giving a fantastically modern feel to it. All the drawers can be centrally locked ready for travel with the press of a single button. There are sliding units at both ends which house more shelving and the waste bins.
Between the main habitation area and front cab/bedroom is the bathroom area with separate shower and toilette on either side of the aisle. This can be split from the habitation and cab area with the use of two solid doors giving complete privacy while you get ready. The shower cubicle has a perspex door enclosing a large overhead shower rose and a separate chrome head on a riser. The toilette features cassette toilet, vanity sink unit and movie-star mirrors and lighting.
At the front of the motorhome, the main bed electrically drops down from above the cab to a low level that can be accessed via a two-step that pull out from the left drawers.
Externally there are all the storage options you expect from an A-class motorhome designed for all-year use and long-term touring. The large heated garage is equipped with winching facilities for a small motorbike.
Luxury touring continues up-front with Automatic gearbox, heated Captains-seats, climate control, cruise control and multimedia system helping you to eat up the miles in comfort.
