Located near Newport, Telford in Shropshire, Motorhome Depot are pleased to present this excellent 2017 Swift Bessacarr 494 – a well-maintained, high-spec motorhome with a fantastic layout.
Built on the Fiat Ducato 2.3 130Bhp manual chassis and having covered 28,000 miles, this is a great example that’s clearly been looked after. It comes with full service and habitation history, along with a private registration plate included in the sale.
On the road, it benefits from the AL-KO chassis, enhanced further by VB air suspension, making a real difference to both ride quality and ease of setup when on site.
Inside, the layout is both practical and spacious. To the rear, there’s a comfortable transverse island bed, while the central washroom separates the bedroom from the front lounge. Up front, the lounge is bright and sociable, with plenty of seating and easily converting into a second double bed.
The kitchen is well equipped for touring, featuring a dual fuel hob, separate oven and grill, microwave and a fridge freezer, while Alde wet central heating ensures this is a genuine all-season motorhome.
Specification is strong throughout, including a 2000W inverter, twin leisure batteries, solar panel, removeable carpets, two gas bottles and an external BBQ point. Driving and safety features include DAB/Bluetooth, twin reversing cameras with in-view function, rear parking sensors, mirror guards and a factory alarm. It also comes with a detachable towbar, awning and spare wheel.
In terms of maintenance, the last engine service was completed on 16/01/2026, the most recent habitation check on 23/01/2026, and the MOT runs through to 31/01/2027. The cambelt and water pump were replaced in March 2024, giving further peace of mind.
