The Hobby 700 a tag axle motorhome offers great living space and comfort for long periods away. Based on the ever popular Fiat Ducato chassis and powered by the 2.8l diesel engine & the 5 speed manual gearbox. Last owner since 2014 it has had a recent Hab check by Magic Motorhome Man in Botley please ask for details. The Cab benefits from: power steering; Kenwood single CD with USB & Aux in; Electric windows front; electric adjustable mirrors; Remis blinds to front & side screens.
We enter the motorhome on the off side immediately to the right of the habitation door is a long 3 seater side sofa on the opposite side is an L shaped sofa. The forward facing part has 2 travelling seats for guests. The front two seats rotate to join the area so you could easily seat 8 people around the table if entertaining on site. At night the table drops down to make a large double bed.
Moving rear is the large L shaped kitchen which consist of round stainless steel sink with chrome mixer tap; 3 gas burner hob; Smev oven & grill below. On the opposite side is a large Dometic 3 way fridge with separate freezer box that can be powered by 240v, 12v or gas depending whether you are plugged in on site or wild camping.
Moving rear is the all in one bathroom which has a clever sliding wall with the white sink and chrome mixer tap. This can then be slid over the top of the toilet whilst the shower is in use to keep the area dry. The toilet a Thetford electric fresh water flush cassette style unit.
On the opposite side is a large hanging wardrobe.
Finally is the large rear bedroom which is twin singles over the garage. Access is by 3 fixed steps and there is additional storage under the foot of the bed. There is a TV point; power points & a safe. Cool air is blown up from the garage to keep the bedroom comfy in the heat.
In summary this motorhome is in good condition for its age there are some jobs that require doing from the Hab check which have been priced up with Magic Motorhome Man in Botley. This motorhome would lend itself well for spending long periods away including long term living.
Heating & Hot Water are supplied by Truma combination boiler that can be powered by Gas or 240v giving warm blown air throughout the Motorhome.
