A Stunning rear lounge model by one of Germany's finest A class manufacturers, Frankia. This I740 Plus Exclusive model is the perfect travel companion for two people with the option of additional passengers if required. First registered in 1/22 it has had one owner from new. The F-Line based on Fiat's ever popular Ducato chassis with a 2.3litre 160 bhp turbo diesel engine. The cab benefits from: Air Conditioning; Cruise Control; Traction Control Plus; Hill Descent; Electric Heated Mirrors; Twin View Reversing Camera. There is a large full width blind to the front screen that can be dropped from the top or lifted from the bottom. The side windows have Remis blinds. The front seats rotate so that you can take a brake from the road. As you would expect for a vehicle of this late plate it is presented in immaculate condition.
We enter the motorhome on the passenger side via an electric step immediately opposite is a large wardrobe with fixings for the occasional table below. The Kitchen area immediately to the left consists of a Full size Dometic oven & hob. It has four burners, 3 gas & one electric for when you are plugged in to the mains on site. To the right is a good sized oblong sink with chrome mixer tap that extends as a rinsing aid. There are plenty of cupboards and drawers for all your cooking utensils. Opposite is a large absorption Dometic fridge with separate freezer compartment, this can be operated in fully automatic mode so will switch between Gas; 12v and 240v depending on whether you are wild camping or plugged in on site. Above the fridge is a small oven & grill.
To the rear is the massive U shaped lounge, perfect for reclining to watch the TV, or seating up to 8 people when entertaining. There is a large dining table. The side sofas can be used as single beds if you have guests staying & there are foldable travelling seats underneath with 3 point seat belts, adjustable positioning and storage underneath. Throughout the vehicle there are ample aircraft style lockers with subtle lighting.
Moving Forward is the bathroom area with a good sized shower to the right and Toilette & sink opposite. Both are well lit and have a good feeling of space. They have a contemporary feel with a pedestal style wash hand basin with flush fitting chrome mixer tap above. The toilette is a Thetford Fresh water flush with a swivel top. There is a door that closes off to the rear and a sliding door to the front so you can make a very private area to get ready in the morning.
Moving forward again there are cupboards either side just before the cab, on the drivers side a step slides out from below so making ease of access into the bed above. The bed lowers electrically and is configured as twin single beds..
The heating & hot water are supplied by a Truma Combi boiler. The construction is twin floor, containing both the fresh water tank and grey water tank within. As such this vehicle has excellent thermal qualities and suited for deep wintering should you wish.
