Dethleffs is a German company that has been manufacturing leisure vehicles, including caravans, motorhomes, camper vans, and urban campers, for over 90 years. They are known for their quality, workmanship, and safety and this can be seen with this motorhome which really is a cut above the normal standard.
Entering the motorhome from the door on the driver side, to the right is the cab with the twin swivelling Captains Chairs, cab air con, cruise control, radio and electric front windows and mirrors. A rear reversing camera with cab mounted screens gives great rear visibility. The cab is fitted with Remis concertina privacy blinds.
Moving to the rear,the kitchen has a 3 burner gas hob, combi oven and grill, 3-way fridge with freezer box and sink with mixer tap. There is also an extractor and large storage above the cooking area. A private washroom provides home from home comfort with a flushing cassette toilet, sink with vanity mirror and mirrored storage cupboards and a separate shower cubicle. There is Duel-fuel heating and hot water from the Truma heating system and electric power via the 230v electric hook-up and 12v leisure battery with solar panel. The gas is provided by a gaslow system which has a bottle that can be filled at an LPG station but also has the traditional system of a replaceable bottle if there is a problem finding an LPG supplier whilst on the move.
Externally, there is an extremely useful rear garage for storage and an external BBQ and power point and a very robust looking towbar which has been set up for the use of an A-frame for towing a car.There is also a Gemini alarm fitted with fob that activates the central locking.
