Based on the amazing Fiat Ducato chassis and powered by the superb 2.3 litre engine you will have no problem climbing hills or mountains on your adventures. The cab is very well equipped and provides an enjoyable experience for the driver. The motorhome comes with cruise control and speed limiter, cab air conditioning, a Pioneer radio cd player, electric windows and mirrors, a reversing camera and driver and passenger airbags. Privacy curtains have been fitted and these run the full width of the cab.
Behind the cab is the elegant lounge dinette. Here you have a forward facing 2 seater sofa with 2 travelling seat belts and a side facing chair. Swivel both front seats around and up to 5 people can dine together, enjoy a few drinks or play cards and board games. The dining table attaches to a side rail and this can be removed if you want to create more space. Then when it's time for sleep this area transforms into a single bed.
The mid-kitchen is well equipped and you'll have no problems rustling up great food on the go. Many Continental motorhomes don't come with an oven or grill but this Carado does. It also has a 3 gas burner hob so you have various options to cook with. The fridge runs off electric, gas and the leisure battery.
The washroom has a Thetford cassette toilet, a wash basin and mixer tap, a large mirror and a bathroom cabinet for your toiletries. It also features an ingenious swing wall which creates a totally self contained shower so you won't have to do battle each morning with a soggy cold shower curtain - just as well because the shower curtain always wins!
At the rear you will find a fixed transverse bed which is easy to get into as you only need to go up a couple of steps.
This Carado has a powerful 130 W solar panel fitted and this will keep your leisure battery topped up for days on end giving you the option to do a spot of wild camping on your travels. For the energetic amongst you it also features a bike rack for three cycles.
If you plan on holidaying abroad the two refillable Gaslow bottles make this an easy task as there are LPG pumps all over Europeand this will save you around 70% on your gas costs.
Carado describe the V132 as their cuddly compact motorhome. If you haven't driven a motorhome before and might possibly be a little nervous then this is the motorhome for you because not only is it just 5.95 m in length but it is also slightly narrower than most motorhomes at just 2.14 m wide. It boasts an incredible payload of 950 kg so it's virtually impossible to go overweight whilst travelling.
