mileage motorhome that has been professionally adapted for wheelchair user
access and living.
The Habitation door has now been fitted with a widened barn door style
door (widened to 69cm) to allow wheelchair access and it has wheelchair extending ramps and floor
tracks for entry and the inside of the motorhome has been professionally
renovated and upholstered to give more floor space for wheelchair movement with
a larger forward lounge. The motorhome has also had thousands of pounds of
fixtures and fitments fitted to allow off grid camping or for electrical
medical equipment to stay on and live when camping as its been fitted with 2 x
175w solar panels, 2 x 100ah lithium leisure batteries and it has a 1000w
invertor for 240v power converted to 12v and it's also been fitted with remote
controlled MAXXFAN roof fan for living temperature control.
The layout of the motorhome is a spacious forward lounge which has a
passenger Cab seat which swivels to face a large settee bench and foldaway
dining table. The settee bed sofa is fitted with 2 lap belts and converts
easily into a double bed. There is a cupboard with worktop opposite with a
fitted TV/DVD and USB points have been added. Above is an illuminated cocktail
cabinet.
In the kitchen area there is
good worktop and locker space which has a full cooker with a 4 burner gas hob,
oven and grill, 3 way fridge, sink with drainer and mixer tap. In the rear
corner is a washroom including vanity sink, toilet and shower. There is a tall
wardrobe with Gas fire underneath. Hot water is provided by a carver gas and
230v powered boiler. And there is a large over cab bed to give you the other sleeping area for 2 people.
Additionally outside there is a BBQ point, Milenco door lock, 2 gas
bottles and it comes with a bike rack with a rear mounted Fiamma storage box for extra
travelling storage and inside it comes with a reversing camera fitted and it has a portable Visionplus aerial.
The vehicle with come with a full fresh year’s MOT with its last MOT
showing no advisories. The drive for a vehicle this age is good with low
mileage of 45673 miles on a Fiat Ducato 2.5 diesel engine and it has a
good recorded service history with its timing belt replaced 8000 miles ago (one
and a half years ago). The motorhomes length is 5.97 metres and its width is
2.19 metres, Its MAM weight is 3400kg allowing anyone with a standard UK
driving licence to drive it.
