With under 55k miles from new, this Tio M model comes with a full service history, a habitation service in September 2023 and MOT until November 2024. Ideal for an adventurous couple and ready to roll wherever your heart desires. Originally weighing in at 3500Kg the Sprinter has been uprated to 3850Kg to provide a larger payload. This does mean in its current iteration a C1 class licence is required. It would be possible to revert to the 3500Kg weight rating to drive on a standard UK licence although this would reduce usable payload.
A quality conversion including recently fitted new leisure battery which is supported with twin 90w roof mounted solar panels, an underslung refillable LPG gas tank which is cost effective and ideal for European travel (no anxiety trying to swap out calor bottles!) and also has 230V electric hook-up. The Truma warm air heating and hot water system is easy to use and can run off both gas and 230v electric. A roof mounted TV aerial is fitted.
A rear lounge area with large half leather side sofas provides a comfortable place to relax. Plenty of natural light from the windows to three sides and an overhead skylight. All are fitted with blinds and flyscreens. Drop in the occassional dining table for eating, drinking, entertaining and even working. Come bedtime the sofas can be set up as two good sized single beds or swiftly converts to a huge double bed.
Kitchen area has everything you need to rustle up simple snacks to a Sunday Roast! A 4 burner gas hob sits above a large oven and grill. To the side is the sink with hot and cold mixer tap and separate drainer. An extendable work surface increases preparation space and doubles as a handy side table for the front passenger seat when swivelled to face into the habitation area. Providing further seating options, the driver seat also swivels and it too is in reach of a useful drop down side table. A three way Dometic fridge with separate freezer box gives plenty of space for your chilled food and drink needs. Cupboards to both sides provide plenty of storage and there is a pull out work surface which cleverly lifts to reveal the built-in cutlery drawer.
The washroom provides home from home comfort with a flushable cassette toilet, shower and sink with vanity mirror.
Externally there are access points for gas and water fillers, electric hook-up and an external gas BBQ point. A tow bar with 7 pin plug provides options to add a tow bar mounted cycle or scooter carrier (not included). There is a good sized rear garage with built-in picnic table and the wind out sun canopy provides cover for al fresco dining and relaxing.
