This motorhome we believe is in a wonderful condition with only having 2 careful and considered owners and its only travelled 32189 miles and its had thousands of pounds spent on it over the past two years to mantain its upkeep and it come's with a MOT with no advisories valid until 7/2/25 with full services and timing belt changes done.
The layout is as you enter the motorhome the large and spacious lounge/dinette area is to your left, with two long parallel facing sofas and there is a large dining table stored away in a locker which is great for relaxing or dining and a large sunroof that floods the lounge area with natural daylight and both front seats swivel to face the habitation dining area and at night this area converts easily to an extremly large double bed. There is a drop down TV above the cab area for watching and relaxing TV while in this lounge area and there is new carpets still in polythene bags laid throughout the motorhome.
The mid kitchen area is well specified with a stainless steel sink and chrome mixer tap, a dual fuel hob with three gas burners and an electric hotplate, gas grill and oven beneath and oposite there is a full sized fridge with separate freezer that runs on 12v, 230v and gas, above the fridge is large cabinet and opposite is a built-in microwave oven, plus plenty of upper cabinets and lower cupboards to store away your holiday provisions.
The main feature of this luxurious motorhome is the rear bedroom with sought after fixed double bed with a large JVC DVD and TV combined player and upper aircraft style lockers. Beneath the bed there are two opening doors to access the large garage storage area, and above a sunroof provides the bedroom with plenty of daylight.
There is a large separate shower cubicle on the off-side with Perspex folding shower doors, on the opposite side of the van is the washroom with a built-in washbasin and chrome mixer tap, plus a Thetford cassette swivelling toilet with electric flush. There is a privacy door to section off the rear of the motorhome, plus privacy curtains to section off the bedroom from the washroom area.
The cab has a Pioneer media entertainment centre, which incorporates Bluetooth phone, CD player, Radio and a DVB TV tuner and there is 2 swivelling seats, air conditioning, cruise control, electric windows, corcentina night blackout blinds, 2 way reversing camera and central locking and its been fitted with a Maxview satellite dome and an external shower point.
The motorhome is built on the ever popular and reliable AL-KO AMC Chassis with a 6 speed manual gearbox on a 2300cc 150bhp powerful yet economical Fiat Ducato engine with all its tyres replaced in june this year. The MAM maximum weight is an incredible 5000kg to allow for anything and everything you would want to carry in this motorhome and in its large garage. Lenght is 8.7 metres and its width is 2.3 metres.
