Motorhome Depot Glasgow are delighted to bring the opportunity to offer this very rare to market VW T4 Holdsworth Valentine 1993 Classic Motorhome.
This is a very
reluctant sale from the owners but due to circumstances and time this motorhome
is now up for sale. The present owners over the past 3 years have spent more
than £4000 mechanically on the vehicle with its Brakes, Services, Fanbelt,
Welding and Undersealing getting done to a highest standard and the Holdsworth
has just passed a full year’s MOT now valid till 12/1/25 for full mechanical
peace of mind for the new owners.
The Holdsworth Valentine is built on the respected VW T4 chassis with power steering the layout is from entering the motorhome via the rear you come to the kitchen area on your left consisting of 3 gas burners, a sink and tap (the tap needs replaced to work) and a good working area. Opposite this is the fridge freezer (at present doesn’t work on gas) and to the right hand side is the washroom consisting of a sink and tap, a Thetford toilet and a shower which pulls out from the tap, (there is some light cracks in the washroom plastics). Moving forwards the bright lounge area has 2 good size single sofas that convert into a comfortable double bed which is perfect for relaxing. The centre dinette is a good size and the front passenger seat swivels which allows someone else to join in dinner or socialising. Over the cab is a good size double bed and thanks to the conveniently located skylight this area isn't dark and dingy like you find in many motorhomes. The overhead lockers and storage areas under the sofas provide loads of room to store your essentials and finally it’s been installed with Propex gas blown air heating and hot water which is presently not fully working except when on the vehicle battery and the water pump needs fixed or repaired.
The Holdsworth length is 5.08 metres,
and its MAM weight is 2725kg allowing anyone with a standard UK driving licence
to drive it.
Internally its
looking great and driving great for its age but it does need some TLC with additional monies and
time spent on it with our own notes of what’s required and probably more hence the advertised price and the outside is showing signs of
age but what a chance it is for someone who would appreciate owning a VW
Holdsworth motorhome.
