From German manufacturer Burstner, the Aviano i684 is a capable all round motorhome built for extended use at any time of year. It offers a great combination of internal and external storage, two double beds, washroom with shower enclosure, comprehensive kitchen.
The forward dinette is inviting, with swivel cab seats and extending table, so up to 6 can sit for a social. There are seatbelts on the forward facing dinette seat, making four in total. Behind the dinette is a central kitchen area, having a range of cupboards and eye level lockers, Tec Tower comprising of large fridge freezer with gas oven and grill above, 3 burner gas hob, sink and drainer. Also mounted here is the TV, for viewing from the dinette, connected to a roof mounted self seeking satellite system. Behind the kitchen is a deep wardrobe, before reaching the washroom having toilet, vanity sink and enclosable shower. Adjacent to the washroom is a side mounted low double bed, with access underneath into the garage if required. Over the cab, another double bed can be easily lowered on gas struts, accessed via a short ladder.
Heating and hot water are via the popular dual fuel Truma Combi system, fed from the insulated on board water tank, with a separate underbody tank for grey waste.
Outside, there is an external compartment for the twin leisure batteries, and a low garage under the rear fixed bed with access both sides, gas bbq point and awning, towbar and roof mounted solar panel.
Up front drivers will have a commanding view of the road and the drive is easy thanks to 6 speed geargbox, cab air conditioning and cruise control, rear view camera in the dashboard media unit. At night, the cab is quickly screened off with integrated blinds. The Burstner Aviano is plated at 4000KG, so will have plenty of payload, however, drivers will require category C1 on their licence.
The Burstner is fitted with a host of valuable extras making this motorhome ideal for longer term touring. These include - satellite TV system, awning, cycle rack, refillable gas bottles, towbar, solar panel, twin leisure batteries, 1200W inverter, external bbq point. Removable carpets are present although not shown in photos.
