Broker's Comments

Clean, quirky, compact 4WD diesel automatic motorhome with monocoque body. Small in stature yet well built, it has a double bed over the cab and the central dinette can make another bed, sleeping 4 in total. There is a kitchen with cold water supply and gas hob, onboard diesel heating, mains electrics. There are 2 x 3 point and 4 x 2 point seatbelts, making 6 in total. A large store at the rear could be modified for use as a washroom. There is good storage with quality furniture, fixtures and fittings.

This vehicle has just had a new gas bottle box with regulator, mains RCD and wiring upgrades, new radio, all professionally fitted with invoice available. Outside, there is an awning sun canopy, 2 bike rack and external storage access. It’s a tidy little bus for adventurers who don’t need a big ‘van, controls are light and it turns on a sixpence.

Converted by VanTech of Japan, the Townace was first registered overseas and currently shows 100,041 KM on the clock. As it has been imported the number of previous owners and mileage cannot be verified.

This motorhome is located in county Durham and viewings are by appointment only, contact Chris or Lucie on 0191 354 5997 for more information and photos.

The mileage on this vehicle was correct at the time of valuation, however the vehicle remains in use by the Seller until the point it is sold, therefore the mileage at the time of sale may be higher than that advertised.
