This is a lovely little camper van that would be perfect day trips, weekend stays and festivals. The Volkswagen Voyage is based on the T25 Caravelle and has a 1915cc engine and a 4 speed manual gear box. This camper is in good condition and is ready to use now but there are definite areas that need working on. The current owner has carried out plenty of work but really needs someone who wants to get use out of it. The Voyage runs really well and would be lots of fun and would be ideal for someone who is looking to get out over the summer and then make improvements over time. The camper was registered in 1987 so is only a few years off being classed as an historic vehicle.
The inside of the camper is clean and comfortable with a rock and roll bed and a front passenger seat creating nice space to enjoy. There is a working gas hob and grill and also has a sink with cold water. There is a fridge but this has been totally disconnected from both electric and gas and therefore not working. The fridge has not been tested and so would have to be considered as not working. There is a leisure battery that operates both the water pump and lighting and whilst there is electric hook up this has not been used by the current owners and so once again is declared as not working - until tested.
Externally the bodywork is in decent condition but there are obvious areas of rust around the seams. These are not major but are definitely there - extensive photos and additional views can be provided so you know exactly what you are in for.
So in summary this is really lovely Volkswagen Camper Van and is what it is.
