This is a nice, tidy, high roof example of the VW Vanagon Westfalia Atlantic that was only produced for a short period between summer 1989 and July 1990. Fitted with insulated windows and Eberspacher heating it was designed to offer all year round use that the renowned California model can't offer and also has a gas hob with adjacent sink. An LPG tank has been fitted that will enable much more economic use of both the heating and hob. Upholstery, fitted units and cupboards are all in good condition and the dining table can be used in different positions when moved from its stow away position. The high top can be used for both storage when travelling and as sleeping space for two (194 x 116cm) above the rock n roll bed (188 x 120cm) below and both the front seats swivel to enable more sociable space when parked. Earlier this year the engine was reconditioned by a Bosch specialist and is under warranty until March 2019. It has an automatic gearbox and power steering making it comfortable to drive, and a removable radio/cd player with 4 speakers and ipod connector. There are obviously some age related marks on this vehicle so please don't expect it to be perfect.
