Moving to the rear you have the washroom which has a Thetford toilet cassette, shower and washbasin. To the rear is a large U shaped lounge a great area to enjoy family time/TV included or use as a dining area, this can also be made into a large double bed or two singles. There are plenty of storage cupboards and a wardrobe. Outside, there is a drive away awning included and it also has a bike rack the interior has been painted grey to match the upholstery so is not original colour. It comes with a MOT due 25th April 2020. The last habitation check was in 2019 July, with no significant problems identified.
