Not many people realise that Sunlight
are owned by the Erwin Hymer Group. This means that you get Hymer's
famous build quality and attention to detail but without the usual Hymer
price tag. This gorgeous motorhome is great value for money, it is
built to the highest standards and will provide a family with many years of happy holidays.
Based on the class leading Fiat Ducato chassis this Sunlight has the excellent 2.3 litre engine that delivers performance and economy in equal measures. It has covered 53,347 miles and has excellent service history. The cambelt was replaced in November 2022 and it had a service at the same time. The owner had a new habitation check in January 2024.
Externally the motorhome has a rear garage which provides plenty of storage space. There is a bike rack which carries 4 cycles, a reversing camera an electric entrance step, and for those hot summer days you have a large wind out awning.
Internally, the layout has clearly been designed with family in mind. At the rear are two bunk beds which measure 83 x 52 inches so either adults or children can sleep in these. The dinette area also converts into a double bed and above the cab there is a huge bed measuring 84 x 64 inches with a safety net for young children. The washroom features a clever swing wall which creates a separate shower area. Once you have finished showering simply clip the wall back into place and it reverts back to a standard washroom with a Thetford cassette toilet, a wash basin with a mixer tap, a mirror and a storage unit. A skylight ensures plenty of daylight gets into the washroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a 3 gas burner hob, a gas oven and grill, a large Thetford fridge freezer and a stainless steel sink with a mixer tap. There is a generous amount of storage space for your kitchen utensils and crockery in the overhead locker and the cupboard below the sink.
The lounge dinette has 2 separate dining areas both fitted with dining tables. On the driver side you have forward and rear facing 2 seater sofas and on the passenger side there are forward and rear facing single seats. The dinette converts into a large bed if you require extra sleeping spaces over and above the bunk beds and the bed above the cab.
Heating and hot water operate off both electric and gas via the excellent Truma system. The motorhome is plated at 3500 kg so can be driven by anyone with a standard UK driving licence.
