- A 6 berth family motorhome with 6 travelling seats, 4 x
3-point seatbelts & 2 x lap-belts. A SEA JOINT J 361, 2008, on a previous cab style of Peugeot
Boxer 2.8 TDI with very low mileage of 19,493 miles, long MOT through
to 13th May 2024 - No Advisories. First registered 10th
March 2008, 3 owners from new, current owner purchased in August 2010.
- This motorhome would be on at £28,000 but needs some attention as listed below, it would suit a competant DIYer to save a fortune!
- There is damp damage to the over-cab area, see photos, the
mattresses are OK and in good condition. There are readings going backwards to above
the hob but the wall board is still solid. Further readings above the rear
facing seats in the dining area, again the wall board is solid. Request additional photo pack!
- The kitchen window has cracked & been taped up as a
temporary repair.
- The awning will wind out but doesn’t wind in properly so
strapped shut, potentially an easy fix.
- The front of the campervan would obviously benefit from a
reseal or an over-seal.
- The rest of the campervan is OK, all the appliances working,
this van could easily be put back into tip top condition & would suit a competent
DIY person.
- Enter the van, the kitchen & dining area to your right,
the diner has a large dining table, two rear & two forward facing seats, the
forward facing having 3-point seatbelts & rear facing have lap belts (check legality). Upper
aircraft style lockers & opening rooflight. This area converts to a double
bed in the evening.
- The kitchen has a round stainless steel sink & chrome
mixer tap, a cooker with 4 gas burners, gas grill and oven beneath, a microwave
oven, plus a full sized Dometic 3-way powered fridge with separate freezer,
with automatic power selection. Plenty of counter space, cabinets &
cupboards to store your holiday provisions.
- The over-cab bed is large & spacious, accessed via an
aluminium ladder, with 2 side windows, lighting & privacy curtains. This
area requires attention, see photos.
- The washroom has a double shower tray with one side becoming
a separate showering area, with the rising rail, shower handset & curtain.
A built-in washbasin with chrome mixer tap, mirror above plus Thetford cassette
swivelling toilet with electric flush.
- At the rear are 2 transverse bunk beds with lighting &
privacy curtains, top bunk has a rooflight & side window. The bottom bunk
raises up to allow for a large storage area just like a rear garage, accessed
by large external doors on each side of the van.
- Truma blown-air central heating & hot water heating
on gas, wood effect flooring, black-out blinds & fly-screens throughout. A tall
wardrobe with hanging rail & cupboard beneath. New leisure battery October 2022.
- The cab has a Pioneer CD Tuner with AUX input, air-con
that requires re-gassing, electric windows, mirrors, remote locking, plus 2
sets of keys.
- Outside; Gas locker with 1 bottle, Fiamma sun canopy that
requires attention, roof bars, TV aerial, bike rack - not currently fitted. 4m Safari / Privacy room included.
- All four tyres in good condition with spare wheel underneath.
- GVW 3400Kg. Length 6.810m, Width 2.330m, Height 3.050m. (all
approx). This motorhome can be driven by anyone of any age on a full UK licence.
