- A fabulous opportunity to own this 6 berth family motorhome with 5 travelling seats. A 2016 ROLLER TEAM AUTO ROLLER 746, on a Fiat Ducato with 2.3 TDI 130BHP Multijet engine, 6 speed manual gearbox, with 43,872 miles and an MOT through to 1^st September 2023. First registered on 22^nd April 2016 and two previous owners.

- Enter the van using the built-in double step and you have the forward dining area in front of you, the diner has a large dining table, two rear and two forward facing seats, with a side window and sunroof, plus upper aircraft storage lockers. This area converts to a large double bed in the evening.

- The kitchen is well specified with a rectangular stainless steel sink with chrome mixer tap, a stainless-steel hob with 3 gas burners, combination gas grill and oven beneath, a Dometic 3-way powered fridge with freezer box, plus upper lockers and lower cabinets to store-away your holiday provisions.

- The over-cab bed is large and spacious and accessed via an aluminium ladder, with a window on each side, a panoramic sunroof, lighting and privacy curtains. The bed raises on gas struts during the day to allow for additional headroom in the cab.

- The main feature is the rear u-shaped lounge, with deep sofas that easily converts to a large double bed in the evening. A full sized dining table is stored in the wardrobe when not in use, upper aircraft style lockers and under sofa storage available. 3 large windows and a sunroof flood the lounge with plenty of natural daylight. A wall mounted AVTEX TV is also fitted.

- The washroom has a shower cubicle with folding screens, there’s a washbasin with pull out shower handset and mirror above, plus a Thetford cassette swivelling toilet with electric flush.

- Truma combi-boiler providing blown-air central heating and hot water heating on both gas and electric, wood effect flooring, black-out blinds and fly-screens throughout. A wardrobe with hanging rail, which stores the dining table when not in use.

- The cab has a multi-media unit with radio, Bluetooth phone connectivity, iPod and USB input. There are silver thermal privacy screens for the windscreen and side windows, reversing camera monitor, electric windows, mirrors, remote central locking, plus 2 sets of keys.

- Outside you have a rear garage with access doors each side, gas locker with a GAS LOW refillable LPG bottle, Fiamma bike rack for 4, solar panel, tv aerial, reversing camera. There are a couple of marks on the bumpers commensurate with age. Underslung spare wheel, onboard fresh and grey water tanks plus a mains hook-up lead is included.

- GVW 3500KG, this means that anyone of any age can drive this motorhome on a normal full UK driving licence.
