ROLLER TEAM Auto Roller 700, 2008, 7 Berth with 6 Seatbelts. Very large over-cab bed, 2 bunk beds, and one wide single or potentially a double bed and one normal sized single bed, plus two dining areas to accommodate 6 guests.

Ford Transit 2.4 TDI, 6 speed manual gearbox, air-conditioning, 50,148 Miles, MOT to 30th April 2019 but the owner will place a new MOT and Service on the vehicle subject to sale deposit. Service receipts, twin wheel rear axle, a large side door opens and the bottom bunk bed raises to convert it to a reasonable sized garage area for bikes or other large items.

Step inside and the kitchen is to your right, with a 3 gas burner hob with a gas oven beneath, stainless steel sink with chrome mixer tap and separate filtered cold water tap, a stainless steel draining area with plug hole, opposite is a tall fridge with separate freezer and there are plenty of cupboards to store away your holiday provisions.

The lounge and dining area can seat 6 people, the offside area has two forward facing and two rearward facing seats, all with seat belts so six travelling seats in total. There is a large dining table that drops down to make up a very large single bed or a compact double bed. The nearside area has a forward and rearward facing seat plus a dining table, again the table drops to make up a single bed. Upper aircraft style lockers provide storage and a sunroof floods the area with natural daylight.

The over-cab bed is cavernous, the biggest I've seen, access is via an aluminium ladder and there is a window each side with reading lights and privacy curtains. During the day the bed lifts up on gas struts to give additional headroom in the cab.

The rear near side has two bunk beds, the top bunk accessed with an aluminium ladder, plus there are reading lights and privacy curtains. The bottom bunk lifts up and there is a very large access door from the outside making a very large storage area whilst travelling.

The rear washroom has a separate shower cubicle with shower handset on a rising rail and a shower curtain, a good sized washbasin with chrome mixer tap and a Thetford cassette swivelling toilet with electric flush. Plenty of storage is available with 3 cupboards and clever storage in the shower cubicle.

There is wood effect flooring and loose fit carpets throughout, Truma blown-air central heating and hot water heating, privacy curtains plus black-out blinds and fly-screens throughout.

The cab has a six speed manual gearbox, power assisted steering, air conditioning, an Alpine multimedia unit with radio/cd, iPod and USB input, plus Bluetooth phone and audio capability, cruise control, electric windows and mirrors, reversing camera monitor with dual views, two cup holders and good storage areas.

Outside you have the luxury of a fitted LPG refillable gas tank, Fiamma wind-out sun canopy, a huge side door that raises to reveal the bunk beds and a large storage area, ladder to access the roof, roof mounted self-seeking satellite dome, 2 x 100w solar panels, gas bottle locker that is now available for storage, a dual view camera plus a large Fiamma rear mounted lockable storage box. Twin rear wheels allow for additional weight. There has been a repair to the near side rear corner of the bumper and the vehicle has been priced accordingly.

Currently fitted and shown in the photos on the roof are racing Kayak mounts, these are available by separate negotiation with the owner.

GVW is 3850Kg although SV-TEC could down-plate the vehicle to 3500Kg so it can then be driven by anyone of any age on a normal full UK driving licence. Details on request, it's a paperwork exercise and roughly costs £120 plus VAT. Even down-plating to 3500Kg gives a payload of 525Kg.

Length 7.31m excluding back box, Width 2.30m, Height 2.95m. Payload 875Kg
