It comes with the standard features of a camper van, the living space has been well thought out, providing comfortable seating area during the day, an easy set up bed which still allows you to access the kitchen. This van can really make you dreams come true, it is ready to take you on the open road.

The habitation facilities include:-

• High Top conversion - which creates superb full height living space - this work was carried out in 2021
• A roll out slatted double bed - this creates a sleeping area whilst still being able to easily get to a slide out door plus the kitchen facilities. You can lie in bed, open the slide out door and take in the views of where you are parked up.
• 4 x 3 point harness seat belts - 3 in the cab area and 1 in the rear/habitation area
• L-shaped bench seats - these covers are removable and washable.
• There is a kitchen table that can be stowed away when not in use.
• The lovely bright blue kitchenette area contains:- stainless steal sink and drainer with chrome electric tap, a 2 ring gas stove, a 3 way fridge with freezer box plus ample of cupboards which provides essential storage for a comfortable camping experience.
• The other essentials installed are:- 25 litre removable freshwater carrier stored under sink, 240V electric hook up, Split charge relay to leisure battery
• Extra storage with large under bench lockers, via the back doors there is access to extra storage under the L shaped bench/bed, plus a large forward bulkhead storage area.

• 2 x three pin sockets
• thermal covers and 2 x wheel chocks.

The van itself was registered in June 2010 and has had 3 previous owners. The MOT is valid until June 2025 and the vehicle has 78,560 miles on the clock. Both rear tyres were replaced in Jan 2022 and the vehicle has part service history.
