The Lunar Roadstar is a motorhome designed for luxurious and comfortable travel. With the large garage and generous internal storage space, you can pick up your belongings and go long-term travelling if you wish. Equally this motorhome can be enjoyed for luxury weekends away. Based on the Renault Master chassis this Lunar has a punchy 2.3 litre engine that delivers plenty of power as and when you require it. The smooth 6 speed manual gearbox provides a very enjoyable drive, and with cruise control motorway driving is a breeze. In the cab there is air conditioning, a multi-media system with built-in sat nav, Bluetooth, radio and USB, driver airbag, a reversing camera and front windscreen privacy blinds.
Behind the cab is the spacious and well designed lounge dinette finished in a lovely contemporary wipe clean fabric. A forward facing 2 seater sofa is fitted with 2 seat belts and there's also a side facing 2 seater sofa. Above, a huge skylight floods this area with daylight. The dining table fixes to a side rail and can be removed if you want more space. The 2 front passenger seats swivel round and 6 people can sit in the dinette and enjoy a few drinks. When it's time for bed the sofas convert into a double bed.
The mid-kitchen is well equipped as you would expect. There's a gas oven and grill, a dual-fuel hob with an electric hotplate and 3 gas burners, a generously sized Dometic fridge, an extractor fan and a stainless steel sink with a mixer tap. Unlike a lot of motorhomes this one comes with a microwave as well.
At the rear you have the flexibility of either 2 single beds or 1 large double. As singles they measure 71 x 30 inches and as a double 71 x 85 inches. Underneath both single beds are large storage cupboards and there's additional storage in the overhead lockers. By lifting up a small panel between the beds you can also get access to the garage below. Heating and hot water are controlled by the excellent Alde heating system.
Externally this motorhome really looks the part with its silver grey cab and stylish graphics. If wild camping is your thing you will be pleased to know that this motorhome comes with a solar panel to keep your leisure battery charged up. It also has a wind out awning, an external gas point and an external TV aerial. It is plated at 3800 kg so you have plenty of payload to play with.
This is an ultra stylish motorhome with a very modern and appealing interior. It will make a fantastic travelling partner for a couple, or a family, looking to enjoy quality time away.
