This is a lovely one owner Lunar Roadstar 630, 2001 model, 4 berth but could easily accommodate 5. On a Fiat 2.8 TDI, first registered 9th March 2001, just 44,029 miles on the clock, excellent service history and the cam belt was changed in March 2016. This motorhome is in very good condition having had just one owner from new.
Using the electric step to enter and the kitchen is to your right, with a large square green sink with draining board and green mixer tap, below is an Electrolux three-way powered fridge with freezer box. Opposite is a matching cooker with four gas burners, gas grill and oven beneath all in exceptional order. The vent above the kitchen isn't opening but the fan works. There is also a Samsung microwave oven built-in to the bottom locker of the nearside sofa, plenty of upper and lower cabinets plus drawers to store-away all of your holiday provisions.
The sought after U-Shaped rear lounge has two parallel sofas and a storage cabinet in the middle that has a fold-out occasional table. The sofas can be used as two single beds or you can pull out the slats and make up a very large double bed. The potential fifth berth could use the slat portion as a single bed. Upper aircraft style lockers and under seat storage available, plus a large folding dining table that stores away in the wardrobe when not in use.
The washroom has a clever door that will open to section off a private area for dressing, inside is a good sized shower tray, a built-in washbasin with mixer tap, a Thetford cassette toilet and a riser rail with shower handset. Opposite the washroom is a large wardrobe with hanging rail, the stored dining table, plus a bottom locker.
The over-cab bed has a large and spacious, with windows each side, a reading light, an aluminium access ladder and privacy curtains. The safety net (if needed) has a tear.
Truma gas and electric powered blown-air central heating and hot water heating, loose fit carpets in very good condition, black-out blinds and fly-screens throughout including the main door. Smoke alarm, fire blanket and extinguisher.
The cab has air conditioning, a removeable steering wheel, Thatcham Cat 1 Cobra Alarm, electric windows and mirrors, a sat nav albeit quite old, plus a Panasonic radio cassette. There are two sets of keys provided.
Outside you have a roof mounted self-seeking CAMOS satellite dome and a TV aerial, a Fiamma wind-out sun canopy with the addition of a Safari / Privacy room, a Fiamma bike rack, gas locker with two bottles included, plus a locker that accesses the under sofa storage area. An underslung spare wheel and tow bar with electrics for an A-Frame so that you can tow a small car, the actual A-Frame is available by separate negotiation with the owner. A Protec winter cover is also included.
GVW is 3500Kg, Length 6.27m, Width 2.22m, Height 2.90m or 3.30m with sat dome.
The maximum weight of this motorhome is 3500Kg, which means that anyone of any age can drive it on a normal full UK driving licence.
