Broker's Comments

This is a high quality Motorhome - Presenting a beautifully equipped Italian A class motor home designed by Laika (part of the Erwin Hymer Group).

As you enter this motorhome you find yourself in the centre of all the action. A well presented wood panelled kitchen to your left and the lounge/dining area with seating for 6 people to your right. The spacious seating area which includes two Captains swivel chairs is made from high quality Italian leather and finished in a cream decor which matches the wooden interior beautifully.

The Rexosline kitchen offers you the utmost level of functionality, user-friendliness and high quality standard equipment: a domestic type four-burner hot plate with integrated oven and heating compartment, design-oriented drawers and hanging-closets, a 150 Lt. fridge with a large separate freezer as well as a high-performance extractor fan. Everything you need to make that perfect meal. Integrated into the functional kitchen is a huge amount of useful storage space with curved cupboards featuring turnstyle wire racks. Opposite the kitchen is the spacious 150l fridge and above that is a functional microwave. The fridge is a 3-way (gas, electric and 12v) fridge and can operate in all situations, on or off grid.

The accommodation consists of a rear fixed transverse double bed with a privacy curtain, a wall mounted TV and loads of cupboard storage space. In the front of the motorhome, there is a pull down over-cab double berth plus the dinette converts to a double berth. Centrally situated, the washroom has an electric flushing Thetford cassette toilet, beautifully styled wash basin and a separate shower cubicle. The numerous storage compartments ensure full optimisation of the space and the large window offers ideal ventilation.

There is a DC to DC battery charger as well as a range of solar charging equipment which consists of 2x 150 watt solar panels, a Victron solar controller, a big 2.5kw 'Sterling Pro Combi S' charger/inverter that has an overload peak of 7kw and 2 habitation batteries which service all the electronics in the motorhome. There is also a factory fitted silent LPG generator which generates up to 20A of power in times of need, so as an off grid explorer, this motorhome will definitely take you to those remote places others don't visit due to lack of power availability.

The motorhome has a beefy 3 litre Iveco engine, which has a camchain and it is rear wheel driven. There are 4 wheels on the rear axle allowing a larger load capacity of optional camping equipment (bikes, BBQ, tables and chairs etc) and this can be seen by the size and height of the spacious rear garage. The optimum payload is around 650Kg. The unloaded weight of this motorhome is just over 4,000Kg and will therefore require a full UK 'C1' class drivers license.

Additional Features:

  • Built in Satnav
  • Rear view camera
  • 4 belted seats
  • Multiple three pin AC sockets
  • Fiamma security handle on Hab door
  • External shower unit in garage
  • Retractable awning

The mileage on this vehicle was correct at the time of valuation, however the vehicle remains in use by the Seller until the point it is sold, therefore the mileage at the time of sale may be higher than that advertised.
