MotorhomeDepot.com Chester and Wirral present for sale this 2009 (09 reg) IH Rio RL 2 berth motorhome. The layout is Rear lounge, with the kitchen on the nearside by the sliding door. The fixed rear panel with integral boot space allows for good use of interior space.
Very clean and tidy inside and out. As usual with IH campers there are lots of nice quality touches. As you step into the van the kitchen is on your right and includes a full oven and grill and a hob with 3 gas rings and an electric hot plate. The full size oven is not the usual specification. Glass covers add to worktop space as does the large fold out extention. The 3 way fridge is on the other side of the van along with the cutlery drawer, wardrobe and some other cupboards. The washroom is spotless and well equiped but has not been used by the current owners whos preference has been on-site camping. Heating and hot water from Truma Combi system. At the rear of the van we have a very bright lounge with windows on 3 sides as well as a large roof light. The seating can be U shaped or you can raise the James Bond style TV and strecth out on the sofas to watch TV. A satellite dish is fitted, the control panel being located by the main control panel. By removing the upright sofa cushions you get 2 single beds of about 6' 6" x 2' 1". Although not used recently there are slats to make the double bed up to approx 6'2" x 6' 6".
In the cab and rear seating we have half leather seats. Concertina window blind cover the front and side cab windows. Electric windows a mirriors are fitted.
Length is 6.363 m, width in mirrors is 2.350 m, height is 2.615 m. The maximum weight is 3500 kg.

Based on the Fiat Ducato with 2999 cc diesel engine with an Automatic gearbox. Low mileage is just over 30000 miles verified by good mot history. MOT expires in May 2020. Last service / habitation check June 2018. Current owner since Aug 2012. Outside we have electric habitation step, wind out awning and a bike rack for 2 bikes and a towbar. Alloy wheels and pale blue metallic paint give a very smart appearance. The rear boot cover lifts to reveal a good size boot area and a separate compartment for the 2 Gaslow bottles/system. Filled from the LPG pump by the external standard LPG filler.
