A stunning example of this IH Tio R, rear lounge van conversion. Based on the ever popular Fiat Ducato chassis with a 130 BHP 2.3 Turbo Diesel engine & a 6 Speed manual gearbox. We enter the campervan through the large sliding door on the near side via an electric step, immediately to the right is the Kitchen area with an extendable worksurface, a full size Thetford Caprice oven & hob with 3 Gas burners and one electric for when you are plugged into the mains on site. A single sink in a brushed metal finish glass top and chrome mixer tap. Below the counter there are a couple of large drawers for all your kitchen utensils.
Opposite is a hanging wardrobe which houses the vehicles 12V & 240v electric boards & above the digital Aerial & signal booster. Below is the cutlery drawer & underneath a Dometic fully automatic absorber fridge with freezer compartment which will run on 240v; 12v or gas depending on whether you are on site or wild camping.
Moving rear is the bathroom which consists of a combined toilette & shower room, this area can be kept dry while showering with the use of a shower curtain and there is an electric extractor to remove steam. The toilette a Thetford fresh water flush with a fold down wash hand basin above & chrome mixer tap.
To the rear is the large lounge which consists of a U shaped sofa which extends right round the back of the van. You could easily sit 6 people for dinner around the table which is removeable and stored in the shower room when not in use. This area can then be made up into a large double bed at night or used as twin singles if so desired. There is a TV point with Avtex TV, Satfi controller above & Icecrypt S1600CHD decoder.
Where this vehicle differs from other van conversions is the bespoke rear, where the rear van doors have been replaced with a solid back which then has a boot access to under the sofa for excellent storage capabilities. The side sofas also lift to reveal more storage & the Truma combination boiler that supplies warm blown air heating & hot water.
There are ample overhead aircraft style lockers throughout the vehicle for all your storage needs.
