Hymer are one of the most famous names in the motorhome industry having developed a well deserved reputation for the quality of their craftsmanship and the models they built in the early 2000's stand comparison to most vehicles that are available today. This gorgeous Hymer B694 exudes all of those qualities. With its large garage, spacious interior and a whole host of special features this motorhome is perfect for holidays abroad or long term touring.
Based on the class-leading Fiat Ducato chassis this Hymer has the superb 2.8 litre engine. Get behind the wheel and you'll notice the excellent visibility that comes with driving an A-Class. In the cab you have air conditioning, sat nav, a reversing camera, a radio cd player, full cab privacy blinds and 2 Captain's chairs.
Behind the cab is the lovely lounge dinette which is spacious and very comfortable. The layout comprises of a side facing sofa, a forward facing single chair fitted with a seat belt and an L shaped table. A large rooflight floods the lounge with daylight. Then as you move down the motorhome you come to the well equipped mid-kitchen which has an oven and grill, microwave, a 3 gas burner hob, a sink with a mixer tap and a full size fridge freezer so you have plenty of room to store your vino and beers. Above the kitchen you have a roof mounted air conditioning unit which is a fantastic feature to have on those hot summer days on the Continent.
The washroom has a separate shower with a perspex screen, a Thetford cassette toilet with the SOG system which eliminates unwanted toilet smells, a wash basin and mixer tap, a bathroom cabinet and a large mirror so you have everything you need to keep yourself fresh on your travels. The sleeping arrangements consist of a rear fixed transverse bed measuring 78 x 53 inches and a pull-down bed over the cab so 4 adults can sleep in total comfort.
Being left hand drive this motorhome is perfect for foreign holidays but because the driver sits high up it's just as easy to drive it in the UK as visibility is excellent. The huge garage means that you can pack up your belongings and go touring for months on end if you so wish. And if wild camping is your thing this Hymer has a solar panel to keep your leisure battery topped up, Gaslow refillable bottles which is a great feature when touring abroad, a satellite dish, rear self-levelling jacks and a tow bar if you want to take a small car. At the advertised price the sellers are also including a safari room and a motorbike ramp. The motorhome was recently re-upholstered and it looks amazing.
This Hymer has excellent service history and was last serviced in January 2022 and it also had a new cambelt in May 2022.
