A Stunning rear island bed model by one of Germany's finest A class manufacturers Frankia. This I740QD model is packed with goodies and is the perfect travel companion for up to 4. First registered in 25/07/18 it has only had one owner from new and covered 11,000 miles, it is presented in excellent condition with a comprehensive service history including 2 Fiat mechanical services & 2 Habitation checks up to date. The F-Line based on Fiat Ducato AlKo chassis with a 2.3 litre 180 bhp turbo diesel engine with the Comformatic 6 speed automatic box. The cab benefits from: Air Conditioning; Cruise Control; Traction Control Plus; Hill Descent; Blaupunkt multi media system with Navigation, DAB, Bluetooth, Aux & USB in; Electric Heated Mirrors; Twin View Reversing Camera screen. There is a large full width blind to the front screen that can be dropped from the top or lifted from the bottom as well as an electric blind fitted for added security and warmth. The side windows also have Remis blinds.
We enter the motorhome on the drivers side via an electric step immediately to the right is the lounge area which consists of a small sofa next to the habitation door, opposite an L shaped sofa with 2 forward facing seats with lap & diagonal 3 point seat belts for travelling passengers. The front two seats rotate to join this area so you could easily seat 6 people if entertaining on site. The table has a clever extending feature so it can be reduced in size for travelling. Above this area is the second large double bed that is the full width of the vehicle, it lowers electrically in place and can be hopped into via the small sofa.
Moving rear the galley style Kitchen which consists of a good sized sink & drainer with chrome mixer tap that extends as a rinsing aid, behind the sink is a small inset waste bin & there is a clever work surface extension which uses the sink cover to make it up. There is a 2 Gas burner hob & below a full size Thetford Oven & Grill. There is plenty of cupboard & drawer space above & below for all your cooking utensils. On the opposite side is a large Dometic absorber fridge with separate freezer compartment, this is fully automatic so will switch between Gas; 12v and 240v depending on whether you are wild camping or plugged in on site. Above the fridge you will find an added 240v socket if you wish to carry a microwave and the satellite tv power unit.
Moving rear is the bathroom area covering the middle of the motorhome, with a good sized shower compartment on the passenger side that has the benefit of glass doors to close. Opposite is a Thetford fresh water flush toilet with swivel head that is finished in ceramic with modern sink & chrome mixer tap above. There is plenty of cupboard space with mirror fronts that are well lit to give a good feeling of space. The bathroom area can be closed off front to rear with the use of solid doors that make a perfectly private area for dressing in the morning.
To the rear is the main bedroom with a large island bed, this can be reclined electrically during the day for extra space and to allow reading in bed, at night it extends to its maximum extension or night mode. Either side of the bed are his & hers wardrobes with extending hanging rail and interior lighting.
The heating & hot water are supplied by Alde heating system.
