The Tourneo is classified as an MPV vehicle and bigger than the standard transit giving a feeling of increased space and comfort. The van is based on a 2.2l diesel engine with a 6 gear manual transmission and has a good service history and has done 76,289 miles. MOT valid until February 2024. The vehicle cab boasts electric windows, electric mirrors, heated seats, bluetooth, cruise control, radio with new Sony speaker system and cab aircon.
The habitation area
is beautifully finished with wood tops and includes; a Truma thermostatically
controlled LPG heater, gas grill, sink and 2 gas hob, plenty of stylish and
thoughtfully placed LED lighting, crash tested rock’n roll bed, pop-top roof
for second bed (if needed), 175 watt solar panel, a pure sine wave 2000 watt inverter,
gas bottle, 12v fridge/freezer, stand alone table for inside and outside use, 2
swivel captains seats and reversing sensors. There is also plenty of storage
cupboards and worktop space in the vehicle. The 240V electric hook up is under the
sill next to the rear right hand side wheel. There is a tow bar and hook up electrics on this campervan.
In summary this an absolutely fantastic, visually striking campervan and definitely stands out from the crowd. The solar panel and large gas bottle make this a vehicle in which wild camping is a very enjoyable alternative to campsite parking.
