PRICE REDUCED - This is a one off Ian Hartley bespoke van conversion, 2004 Savannah Tio, seven day van, on a Fiat Ducato chassis with a 2.8 JTD engine. MOT to May 2019 and only 48,110 miles. Cambelt changed on 08.07.2016 at 39,000 miles. A very smart panel van with four seatbelts, Captain seats and in good condition. On the nearside is a large wind-out canopy. On opening the sliding habitation door, on the right is a drop down table, ideal for barbeques. On entering the habitation area via the electrically operated Omni-step, turning right and on the right is the sink and four ring hob with mini oven under. On the right, on the end of the work unit is a drop-down table for additional working surface. Further on is the U shaped lounge with table which can be converted into a single or double bed. There are 2 lap straps, one each side of the lounge. The upholstery is leather and fabric. There is cabling available for a TV to be installed in the cupboard above. There are 2 extension speakers for the radio also ample storage under the seats and around the top. Turning around and on the right is the washroom with mirrored cabinet, shower, tip-up hand basin and toilet. Following on is a storage cupboard, then the wardrobe and below is the fridge with freezer box. Opposite this is a further cupboard with another drop down table. Entering the cab area, the driver and passenger seats swivel and have 3 point seat belts, there is also a radio-CD player. On the outside there is a silver screen that fits to the cab area. At the rear there is entry to the storage space under the lounge. On the driver’s side is a locker for the extra large Thetford toilet cassette with handle and wheels. Next to this is the electric hook-up point. On the nearside is the gas locker with 13kg gas bottle, there is also space for an additional smaller gas bottle for emergencies, in the rear locker. This is a great vehicle for wild camping or on site and has warm air heating.
