This fabulous LHD A-Class motorhome really has to be viewed to appreciate the clever design and use of space which comes in at less than 6m in length. It really stands out from the crowds with its large glass front screen and its timber-free shell construction.
The habitation door is on the passenger side and opens to
reveal a surprisingly light and airy interior.
Immediately to the left is a slim storage cabinet with a worktop where
the TV stands when in use. Next is the large 175l fridge with separate freezer
above and a cabinet above that housing the wind up satellite dish equipment. Next to that is a tall slim locker/wardrobe
that can be accessed from both inside and out.
The washroom has a circular shower screen and the entire
floor is plastic so cannot be damaged by water. A wardrobe is accessed from within this
room. Next to this in the other corner
is the kitchen area with 3 burner hob, sink and oven beneath. There is plenty of cupboard space above and
below.
The dining area is opposite the habitation door and consists
of an-L-shaped seat and the swivel cab seats all finished in cream leather and
has recent new cushioning. The dining
table is fixed in this area but slides from side to side to allow easy access.
All the drawers have steel sides and runners and the top locker
doors, of which there are many, are actually aluminium to save weight and
ensure durability.
Heating is provided by a Truma Combi 6e blown air system and
there is a separate heating system that warms the van area when driving.
There are 2 120W solar panels on the roof, 2 x Trojan 105 ah
deep cycle batteries, a 1500w inverter and LED lighting throughout. A 150l fresh water tank, 120l waste and 2 x
13Kg gas bottles means that this van can be easily used off-grid for several
days at a time.
The huge double bed (1.9 x 1.5m) drops down from the ceiling
over the driving area and the seats are pushed back easily to accommodate this.
There is an electric roller blind to the front windscreen
and pleated blinds to each cab window.
Also custom made thermal screens for the exterior are included.
There is also a security safe and the van has an extra
immobiliser and Thatcham alarm
Externally there is a full height locker on the rear corner
that can even accommodate pairs of skis.
There is also easy access to the isolation valves and electrical services
behind an external cover. There is a tow
bar fitted and a 3.5m awning.
