Built on the Toyota Hiace chassis this delightful Devon Sunrise Pop Top campervan is in very good condition for its age and has the big advantage of having a 2.7 litre petrol engine. If your plan is to enjoy weekend breaks with a bit more luxury than camping brings, or alternatively if you are a music festival goer then this campervan will provide you with very comfortable accommodation with cooking and toilet facilities onboard.
This Sunrise sleeps two people as both of the rear seats convert into single beds. They are also both fitted with seat belts giving you four in total. In the van you have a 2 gas burner hob and a grill so rustling up something nice to eat shouldn't pose any problems. There is also a 3 way fridge that runs off electric, gas and the leisure battery. But probably the thing that sets this campervan apart from most others is that you have a proper cassette toilet within the vehicle rather than a Porta Potti. Heating is provided by the Propex system which runs off either gas or electric. Both front seats are swivel seats which allows the front passengers to socialise with those in the rear.
The Pop Top roof is very easy to put up and take down and when it is put up it gives you 7 feet of headroom so even the tallest of people can stand up inside the vehicle. The sliding side door makes access in and out of the vehicle very easy and in summer time when the weather gets warm being able to fully open this door allows a nice breeze to flow through the van.
The seller is including at the advertised price a free blow up awning that is only one year old and a free bedroom that attaches to the awning and this more than doubles your living space. Viewing of this vehicle is highly recommended.
