Popular Devon Monte Carlo van conversion, based on a Renault Traffic 2.5D 120BHP Automatic gearbox first registered in November 2007, 1 Owner from new, MOT due 27/03/2019 with a low 22,206 miles on the clock.
We enter the motorhome on the near side via a large sliding door with an electric step for ease of access immediately in front of you is a large single seat with a 3 point seat belt for travelling. There is a folding table that conveniently secures to the wall when travelling. The Drivers and passengers seat swivel round to join this area. The single seat also folds down to make a single berth using a combination of the seat & additional cushions.
The kitchen area is immediately to the right and consists of a matt aluminium finish sink and drainer with a chrome mixer tap. A full size oven & grill with a 4 burner gas hob above. Under the counter is a Waeco Coolmatic compressor fridge with freezer box that operates on the 12V system via the leisure batteries when on site or the engine while under way.
To the back is a large rear lounge with two opposing sofas the table is stored on the rear door when not in use and had a removable table leg that stows in the wardrobe. This area also drops down to make a large double bed using a combination of the cushions. There is ample storage around the home with aircraft style overhead lockers and below seat options. There are fly screens and blinds on all the windows and hatches around the motorhome.
The bathroom is compact wet room style with some innovative features like the folding sink & a fresh water flush Thetford cassette toilet, a shower curtain comes round for showering.
The heating and hot water are supplied via a Trumatic boiler, which supplies hot blown air around the motorhome for comfort.
To the outside the Gas locker is accessed from the sliding doorway and there is ample room for two gas bottles and there is a large awning. There is a full size spare wheel underneath to the rear of the van and it benefits from two safes under the driver and passenger seats.
GVW is 3500kg on the V5, Length 5.89m, Width 1.99m, Height 1.88m.
