Broker's Comments

Motorhome Depot presents this lovely example of the very popular Compass Avantgarde 140. The spacious U shaped rear lounge layout converts into a large double bed has a light and airy feel, it also benefits from the addition of a centre drawer unit with extending top. In the centre we have the washroom and shower with a fold away sink which is adjacent to a well laid out Kitchen including Gas hob and Stainless steel sink both with glass tops, Oven with Grill and Fridge. There is additional worktop space provided by a very useful slide out and a fold up shelf. The cab seats swivel in order to provide additional lounging space and to top off the specification there is a roomy over-cab bed which can double up as extra storage. Please give me a call to hear more about this fantastic Motorhome.

Please note that we would advise the replacement of the cambelt due to the vehicle being 10 years old.

The Engine management light is illuminated upon first starting the vehicle, due to the battery losing charge over the winter. However, this goes out within a few miles of driving the vehicle.

VEHICLE IS LOCATED IN COLNE

The mileage on this vehicle was correct at the time of valuation, however the vehicle remains in use by the Seller until the point it is sold, therefore the mileage at the time of sale may be higher than that advertised.
