Do you want a project to make some money on?

We were originally selling this motorhome for £25,995 but a recent habitation check has shown that it has damp in it so the sellers have agreed to drop the price to £19,995 to get it sold quickly. If you can do repairs this is an excellent opportunity for someone to make a good profit on the vehicle. Alternatively a buyer might want to get a company to repair the damp which should cost a lot less than the £6000 price reduction.

This 6 berth Ci Mizar fitted with 4 seat belts and 1 lap belt is the perfect motorhome for a family who want loads of living and storage space whether it's for a weekend break or long term touring.

The sleeping arrangements consist of 2 good size single bunk beds measuring 6'2 x 2'4, a huge over cab bed that will easily sleep 2 adults and a dinette which converts in to another good size double bed.

As you enter the motorhome you have the highly desirable end washroom layout featuring a separate shower with screen, a toilet, a wash basin with mixer tap and storage cupboards. The washroom is flooded with lots of natural light.

Moving forwards you come to the kitchen which has everything you need to rustle up a great meal. There is a 4 gas burner hob, an oven with grill, a large 150 litre Dometic 3 way fridge freezer with automatic selection, a sink with mixer tap, lots of storage space for utensils and ingredients plus a good work top area.

Opposite the kitchen are 2 bunk beds which are perfect for a family with young children. Underneath the bunk beds is a large storage area which can be accessed via an external locker.

The dinette is incredibly spacious and is flooded with light making it a fabulous spot to relax and unwind in. There is a forward facing 2 seater sofa with 2 seat belts and joining this is a small side facing sofa creating an L shape seating area. Opposite this is a large side facing sofa with a lap belt so if you have guests there is certainly no shortage of seating options. Both front seats swivel so driver and passenger can join the party as well.

Above the cab is a huge double bed with plenty of room for 2 tall adults. Below in the cab, the vehicle has a manual 5 speed gearbox, a radio cd player, a 2.8 engine on the ever popular Fiat Ducato chassis and electric windows and mirrors. The motorhome has air suspension allowing you to adjust whether you would prefer a softer or firmer ride. There is also an external gas point as well as a large wind out awning so you are well catered for outside dining. At the rear is a 3 cycle bike rack.

For a 14 year old motorhome overall it is in good condition although the upholstery is showing some signs of wear. But if you are looking for a great value family motorhome then this vehicle ticks all the boxes.
