If you are looking for an excellent value family Motorhome in need of some minor repairs then this could be worth serious consideration. Externally, the vehicle has essentially been very well looked after but is now requiring a few repairs to bring it back to its former glory - The lacquer is starting to peel from grey plastic trim around the lower part of the vehicle (photos available), there is a small crack (repairable) in the shroud surrounding the drivers door and a small amount of damp in the front over-cab bed area. All of these are repairable and would make a relatively easy project ready for the summer - the vehicle has been priced accordingly.
The motorhome benefits from roof bars with ladder for access, a 3 bike rack, Fiamma 45 wind out awning and a large garage - the rear internal lower bunk folds up leaving room for anything you might require to take with you on a long family break.
The Motorhome is easy to enter via the low step and feels very light and airy once inside. Everything has been very well looked after indeed, with no marks on or tears on the tasteful blue upholstery, with all woodwork and fittings being clean, smart and modern in appearance. Immediately ahead of you is a 4 seater dinette ( all fitted with seat belts), this easily converts into a double bed and has 3 lockers for storage above. There is also an additional locker with a tambour door that allows the TV to be slid out on a stand. Moving to the front over cab bed, this is a very spacious area with access being gained via a ladder and a safety net fitted for younger children if required. There is also a large wardrobe with double cupboards underneath.
Moving to the rear, the kitchen benefits form ample workspace and storage including a slide out drawer, cutlery drawer and storage cupboard. There is 97 litre 3 way fridge with ice box, grill, and 4 burner gas hob ensuring you have all you need for the next family holiday. Unusually in a vehicle of this size there is a washroom with a separate shower, basin, cassette toilet and plenty of storage. Finally, there are 2 spacious rear bunks both with windows ( the top one can be used even if the lower one is folded to allow extra space in the garage ).
In summary, this Motorhome has been very well looked after in the 13 years it has been with the present owners, it would make an ideal project for the DIY enthusiast and is excellent value for money.
