The Chausson Flash 10 really does give you the best of a small compact motorhome with the convenience of a fixed bed and large washroom of a much larger vehicle. With the bed hidden away above your head, lowered electrically at the touch of a switch your bed is always made up and out of the way. The design allows for a spacious lounge with huge opening sun roof directly above. The bed can be fully lowered or if you need another double bunk just lower it half way, it really does make short work of the sleeping arrangements.
The vehicle lacks an oven, but the kitchen equipped with a massive fridge/freezer is otherwise more than capable of providing a full menu on any trip. The compromise with the oven and the saving in the kitchen is made up for in the washroom with a massive separate shower cubicle.
Yes, this is a 6-metre motorhome but its clever and practical design large amounts of storage, electrically operated table to enable the extra double and two extra travelling seat belts it really does have it all.
It comes with 4 very expensive new tyres, a full-service record and habitation report together with a RAC warranty until May 2019, so it’s unlikely to be the cause of any major expense in the near future.
