Carado Motorhomes are part of the Hymer Group. Hymer are the most famous name in the motorhome industry having built an enviable reputation for the design, manufacturing and overall quality of their motorhomes. This gorgeous 6 berth Corado A361 displays all of these hallmarks and much more.
Based on the class-leading Fiat Ducato chassis this Carado has the excellent 2.3 litre engine. It has power to climb hills with ease yet still delivers very impressive fuel economy figures. It features a manual 6 speed gearbox, cab air conditioning, a radio cd player, power windows and mirrors and cruise control.
This motorhome is designed with families in mind. It sleeps 6 people and has 4 travelling seat belts and 2 lap belts. At the rear are 2 bunk beds which measure 84 x 32 inches so they are plenty big enough for adults as well as kids. The lower bunk folds up to create more space in the garage when you are travelling to and from your destination. The other sleeping berths consist of a huge drop down bed over the cab which is 84 x 62 inches and the dinette also converts into a double bed.
The bathroom features a separate shower with a perspex screen, a Thetford cassette toilet, a wash basin and mixer tap, a large mirror and a cupboard to store your toiletries. A large skylight floods the bathroom with daylight.
The mid-kitchen has everything you need to rustle up lovely meals while you are away. There is a gas oven and grill, a 3 gas burner hob, a large fridge freezer, a stainless steel sink with a mixer tap and a considerable amount of storage space for cookware and crockery. The quality of the cabinets, lockers and drawers is quite superb and it's easy to see why German built motorhomes lead the world in terms of build quality.
On the opposite side from the kitchen is the lounge dinette. There is a forward facing two seater sofa fitted with two seat belts and a rear facing sofa with two lap belts. The sturdy dining table fixes on to a side rail and this can be removed and stored in the garage if you want more space.
Having covered just 15,097 miles this Carado is barely run-in and it will make a fantastic travelling partner for a family or for grandparents wanting to take the grandchildren away with them. It has a tow bar, a wind out awning and a large garage which is invaluable for longer trips away. Heating and hot water run off either gas or electric.
The motorhome had a habitation check in September 2023 and it is presented in excellent condition for its age.
