Burstner Aviano i684, 2006 model, 5 Berth with Fixed French Bed and Over-Cab drop-down bed, Fiat Ducato 2.8 TDI with Manual Gearbox, 27,313 miles and an MOT all the way through to 18th June 2021 with no advisories. Partial service history but just serviced and cam belt changed on 29th June 2020.
Using the electric step, enter the motorhome and the lounge and dining area is to your right, with a side sofa on the off-side and two forward facing seats that have 3-point seat-belts. A large dining table, which will drop down to make the fifth berth, plus the two front seats swivel to face the habitation area. Two side windows and a large wind-up sunroof food the area with natural daylight and fresh air.
Above the cab is a large drop-down double bed, which is accessed via a wooden ladder and has a roof vent with black-out blind.
The kitchen has a round stainless steel sink with chrome mixer tap, a separate drainer with drain plug, a 3 gas burner hob with glass lid, opposite is a SMEV combination gas grill and oven and below that is a full sized fridge with separate freezer that works on 12v, 240v and gas. There are plenty of cupboards and cabinets to store away your holiday provisions.
The main feature is the rear bedroom, with a double French bed that lifts up to reveal a storage area, that's also accessible form an external locker door. Upper aircraft style cabinets for additional storage, a side window and a sunroof to provide natural daylight. There is a TV cabinet and a there's a privacy blind to section off the bedroom area.
The washroom has a good sized separate shower cubicle with folding perspex doors, a built-in washbasin with chrome mixer tap, mirror above and cupboard below, a Thetford cassette toilet with electric flush, plus a clever side sliding storage cabinet.
A large wardrobe with hanging rail is provided, which also houses the raiseable TV aerial, plus the Solar Panel control panel.
Wood effect flooring with loose fit carpets, black-out blinds and fly-screens throughout, Truma gas and electric blown-air central heating and hot water heating, plus a separate heater that powers up when the engine is running.
The cab has a air-conditioning, reversing camera monitor, cruise control, 2 swivelling Captains seats, CD Tuner plus two 12v power outlets. A Cobra alarm system is installed.
Outside you have an Omnistor wind-out sun canopy, a Fiamma bike rack for 3 cycles, roof access ladder, reversing camera, tow bar with electrics, gas BBQ point, a half-sized garage to the off side, security lock to the hab door, gas locker with propane bottle included, solar panel plus a self-seeking satellite dish. Another locker houses the two leisure batteries that were brand new in 2019 and has additional storage space. A full winter cover is also included in the sale, plus there are two sets of keys provided.
GVW is 3500Kg, this means that anyone of any age can drive this motorhome on a normal full UK driving licence.
