This vehicle has been truly well looked after buy its owner from new. This vehicle has plenty of storage and unlike others in its class, it benefits from a separate shower cubicle meaning the washroom remains dry when showering.
Starting with the spacious front lounge and dining area that seats up to 8 people with free standing table that stores under the rear Island bed. This Lounge area easily, probably the easiest I've come across, converts to a large double bed.
On to the center of the vehicle we have the well laid out kitchen with a full-sized oven and grill (3 gas rings and 1 electric). Thetford fridge with separate freezer compartment. Built In microwave and plenty of storage cupboards and storage slide out racks, Sink with stow away drainage board and Roof fan.
Across from the kitchen is the deceptively spacious mid vehicle washroom with separate shower enclosure. Complete with swivel toilet, wash basin, storage cupboard and good size mirror.
On to the Rear Bedroom - The ultimate layout for many people who want to keep their living and sleeping spaces separate. With windows on both sides and benefiting from plenty of wardrobe space, it offers a double mattress with a lift up base that houses the table and offers more storage.
The MOT is due March 2021 but as I'm sure it will be gone before then, it will have a new 12 months MOT. It will be serviced and complete with up to date Habcheck.

This vehicle has very low mileage for it's age, is in very good condition with no major dents or scuffs to report. The drivers side wing mirror is damaged but will be replaced before it is sold.
